Single Leg Arabesque Deadlift
This exercise trains the body to move over a stable single leg while maintaining a strong and neutral lumbo-pelvic position. The Arabesque improves balance, strengthens the gluteals, hip stabilizers, quadriceps, hamstrings and lower back core muscles.
Clam 3 with Kickout
This exercise works the buttock muscle, especially the deep hip rotators, to improve stabilization of the hips.
