WHAT'S INCLUDED..?
Full fitness training by a qualified and experienced Fitness Trainer.
WHAT TYPE OF TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED?
Depending on the Retreat we offer the following fitness training.
Pilates - Pilates offers great core strength training giving musculoskeletal stability, balance and postural correction, this is so important as we age.
Strength and Cardio - Strength training will be using dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, and or body weight. Cardiovascular training will involve short runs, dynamic plyometric exercises including jumping and agility training. With all our training sessions we offer low impact alternatives to suit all ages, fitness levels and abilities.
Introduction to Qi Gong - Qi Gong is part of Traditional Chinese Medicine and focuses on breath work and movement to promote energy flow through the body bringing vitality. Our introduction to Qi Gong will give you the basics you can apply to your everyday.
Outdoor Activities - we are serious about fitness but we like to have some fun too, we have a selection of some old favourites, be aware these activities are lots of fun and can get quite competitive.

All our Retreats have full facilities including, amenities, full kitchens, designated Yoga/Pilates studios, outdoor activities areas, relaxing spaces where you can enjoy a cuppa and chat or find a quiet spot to soak up the tranquil country setting and breath in the fresh air.

Join us for our full day Strength and Cardio Retreat at Temple Retreat in beautiful Pullenvale.

Cost : $220 per Person
Get in some serious fitness training which will include, Weights training and Cardio Fitness, Pilates session , Qi Gong session and Outdoor activities.
Morning Tea and a light Lunch are provided with this retreat
This amazing Fitness Retreat is not to be missed on beautiful Stradbroke Island.

We will be saying overnight on the island with accommodation, ferry transfers from Cleveland, morning and afternoon tea included in this Retreat .
We are so excited to have the opportunity of holding this retreat in such an amazing location.
Our Pilates Retreat in Pullenvale on 21 of July 2024 was so much fun. We had 7 lovely ladies, a fun family day with mums, kids and friends, Pilates, Qi Gong, Craft Making and Outdoor Games were the theme for this day
