If you would love to have fun getting fit and strong in a safe caring environment where you can reach your healthy fitness goals, recover from an injury or start your wellness journey you have definitely found the right place.
People of all ages, fitness levels and abilities are welcome in our supportive and fun training sessions, we like to mix it up with our training each week to keep you motivated.
Group Fitness is a great way to get fit , make friends and learn new fitness skills to keep you healthy and strong.
Whilst we do not offer child minding services, you are welcome to bring your children to our training sessions. Dogs are also welcome to our outdoor training session and often you will see our dog Enzo at some sessions.
If you would prefer One on One Personal Training outdoors or in the comfort of your own home this can be customised to suit your needs.
We also assist those with disabilities, with movement exercise, using a chair and hand rails where possible.
All equipment is supplied, just bring along a Yoga/Pilates mat, towel, water bottle and lots of enthusiasm.
There are no joining fees, lock-in contracts or difficult cancellation processes.
Danger Fit is an inclusive community where all are welcome.

Enzo at the Park
Personal Training is available if you need extra help and motivation to reach your fitness goals or require flexible scheduling to suit your lifestyle. Have your Personal Trainer help you achieve goals faster with individual attention focused 100% on your specific requirements. You can also book private sessions to train with a partner.
Sessions are from 30 to 60 minutes long and can be held outdoors or your personal trainer can come to you.
Small Group Personal Training is an affordable option if you have a group of friends who wish to train together. We can also find you a group to train with in your local area.
Sessions are from 30 to 45 minutes long and can be held outdoors or your personal trainer can come to you.
Group Training is a great option if you enjoy training with others and is an ideal way to keep motivated within a social environment. We have group training classes in a number of locations.
Sessions are 45 minutes long and are held outdoor with wet weather undercover options available.

Strength and Cardio Training using weights, resistance bands and cardiovascular exercises.
Become strong and toned with our resistance training program creating lean muscle to sculpt and tone. Progressive strength and conditioning will improve functional movement and fitness. Using a range of fitness strength equipment such as dumbbells, barbells, plate weights, resistance bands, medicine balls and bodyweight.
A class with a focus on strengthening the core muscles. The class includes body weight, resistance band and weight exercises that activate the core stabilising muscles. Training the core muscles will help prevent injuries and provide an essential foundation for other forms of exercise.
Exercises to help gain better function and movement to improve balance, strength and mobility. These exercises help with everyday activities like getting up off the floor, carrying heavy objects and putting something on a shelf. Reduce the risk of injury and increase your quality of life.
Jane is a professional who encourages and motivates members to reach their personal fitness goals. She has a great connection with people and excellent coaching skills. It has been a pleasure to work side by side with Jane in her fitness career.
I highly recommend Jane. She shows great attention to form and creates easy to follow yet challenging workout programs. She can always find modifications if you have an existing injury so you can continue to exercise safely.

Jane is always so supportive and made sure I was included in activities, even when I couldn't do some moves with my injured knee. The classes are casual and fun, and I felt it was a judgement free atmosphere.
Jane is always so welcoming in her Pilates classes. She provides excellent instructions on how to do the exercises correctly to receive the most benefit from them. After each Pilates class with Jane, I feel very relaxed and refreshed.
