Danger Fit was founded by Jane Dangerfield in 2022. Jane left a high-level corporate career to pursue her love of fitness so she could empower other people with the skills and knowledge to create a healthier and happier lifestyle for themselves.
Having been diagnosed with Scoliosis (lateral curvature of the spine) as a teenager Jane understands the frustration of injury when your body won’t do what you want it to do. Jane has done extensive research on her condition and in partnership with health and fitness professionals has been able to successfully manage it. This has given her great insight and a drive to encourage and support people to reach their full fitness potential while exercising safely.
Jane enjoys being an integral part of the local community and is offering classes in local community centres and personal group training sessions.

Jane is a local resident of the Yeronga area and has two adult daughters and a
poodle/chihuahua/papillon-cross pup, Enzo.
Her passion is helping people achieve their health and fitness goals in a safe and supportive environment.
She has a collaborative coaching style and focuses on exercising injury-free while still challenging personal goals and helping people exceed their fitness expectations. She offers a very personalised experience in a group fitness setting.
Jane has a supportive and empathetic approach. She believes we are in this fitness journey as a team, she wants you to succeed as much as you want to succeed.
Jane’s previous career was in Finance, and she holds a Bachelor of Business. However, her main inspiration has always been health and fitness and she has been a fitness 'nut' since her early 20’s. Since leaving her previous employment she has undertaken several courses, including practical training and instruction and is now highly qualified in this area.
Jane trains clients in the Brisbane City Council Wellness Centres and is a instructor with the Council Active and Healthy Brisbane program.
